Deeply attuned to consumer behaviours, online trends and media insights, Shannon is a creative and energetic force within any client team. She has a strong foundation in performance brand marketing which she applies to her clients across consumer, destination and placemaking accounts. Shannon hones her skills in influencer management, media relationships and strategic partnerships into innovative, forward-thinking integrated campaigns for clients. Her academic background—a degree in Sociology with Criminology and a Master’s in Media and Communications from the University of Portsmouth—gives her a unique lens on the social and cultural dynamics that drive consumer engagement.
Outside of work, Shannon enjoys exploring charity shops, trying new fitness classes with friends, and planning her next city break in Europe.
