This is LCA – why we’ve changed

We totally understand that moving from London Communications Agency to LCA – the name pretty much everyone already calls us anyway – isn’t exactly earth-shattering news, and we don’t intend it to be. Instead, it reflects what has been years of talent development, growth and expansion at LCA to respond to the changing needs of our clients.
We are proud to be the experts in London – that won’t change – but quite simply our work is no longer defined by geography and, at 25 years old, the business is very different from when it was founded.
Today we’re a team of 75 people with expertise across community and stakeholder engagement, public affairs, media relations, social media management, consumer campaigns and graphic design.
We wanted a bolder, more vibrant identity, that better reflects the breadth of our work and the dynamic creative team that we are.
We describe ourselves as the integrated communications agency for the built environment, as we do have all the communications skills needed for our clients under one roof, which remains unusual in our sector.
And we’ve also adopted three icons, representing Place, People & Passion. We feel this nicely sums us up LCA as an agency as our world is all about the places we help make, the people we work with and the passion we have for our role in the built environment.
I’m immensely proud to lead LCA and to be trusted to work for such incredible clients, and on such interesting and important projects. We also love working alongside so many colleagues in related professions and to have maintained so many long-term relationships across the sector, the media, politics and beyond.
We hugely enjoy making a difference and are looking to the future with confidence.
Do take a look around this new website. We’ve lots of case studies which show the impact of our work and information about the insights we share and the events we host. And we’ll continue to transparently list the clients we are acting for and all members of our team.
If anyone does want to discuss opportunities to work with LCA in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me.
