Charlie joined LCA as an Account Director in September 2025. He specialises in urban regeneration and community engagement, bringing extensive public sector experience from his time at Camden Council and Be First Regeneration. His track record includes projects ranging from the Camden High Street pedestrianisation trial to the Gascoigne Estate regeneration in Barking, as well as multiple estate regeneration ballots across London. With a Master’s in Urban Regeneration from UCL, Charlie combines planning and development expertise with hands-on engagement experience, helping clients navigate complex development challenges.
