Florence’s influence extends across internal and external events, inductions, and training, all of which contribute to a positive and cohesive environment at LCA.
Florence has built upon her prior experiences in office management and team support to establish LCA’s HR function and guide the team’s growth with her friendly and supportive nature.
Outside of work, Florence enjoys quality time with family and friends, losing herself in a great book, or planning her next travel adventure.
