Guy Murphy
Guy is LCA’s Director of Innovation, working with the agency to develop new ways of using data, GenAI, automation and strategic thinking across its work. He helps augment LCA’s deep knowledge of the built environment with clear strategic models, sharp narratives and practical AI tools that support teams, clients and business development.

He brings a rare combination of senior agency leadership, brand strategy and entrepreneurial technology experience. Guy has held global strategy roles at BBH, J. Walter Thompson and Wunderman Thompson, working with major brands across the UK, US and international markets. His experience spans FMCG, luxury, services and technology, giving him a broad perspective on how organisations, audiences and industries respond to change.

Guy is also co-founder of OSSA, a GenAI-enabled self-service advertising platform for small businesses, and founder of Extreme Strategy, where he advises on brand, marketing and communications strategy. This gives him a practical understanding of both established agency environments and fast-moving innovation businesses.

At LCA, Guy’s role is to help the agency build on what it already does well: connecting experience, insight, politics, people and place to create more effective communications. His focus is on making innovation practical and useful: developing tools, models and ways of working that upgrade thinking, decision-making and client impact.
