Kim is an experienced HR professional with a strong enthusiasm for employee experience and HR operations. During Sophie’s maternity leave, she is supporting the HR team on the employee lifecycle, learning and development, and coordination across LCA. She brings valuable expertise in people operations, employee experience, and organisational support, drawing on her background at a global PR firm and more recently in a people partnering role at a London-based charity.

Outside of work, Kim can be found working her way through her list of restaurants in London, staying active at the gym and exploring new food recipes at home.
