Lucy Donaldson
Creative Director
Lucy leads LCA’s Creative Studio, creating distinctive, thoughtful work that connects places, people and destinations. With more than a decade in the industry, she combines strategy, creativity and a strong instinct for detail to shape work that is clear in purpose and distinctive in expression.
At LCA, she has led creative programmes for the South Bank, The Knightsbridge Estate, the Royal Docks and the Eastern City BID, alongside consultation and exhibition experiences for major London developments including the Earls Court masterplan and URW’s The Croydon Project.
Before LCA, Lucy spent seven years leading flagship creative campaigns for Westminster City Council, including the City Plan and City for All manifesto 2018–2021. Since 2015, she has also led the creative delivery of West End LIVE, helping bring one of London’s biggest cultural moments to life across stage, streets, screens, print and social.
Across destination marketing, place branding, engagement and events, Lucy focuses on creating ideas with the clarity and character to work across audiences, channels and formats. She brings a collaborative mindset and high creative standards to every project, believing the strongest work happens when strategy and design are developed together.
Outside the studio, Lucy is most likely at a gig, on a yoga mat or escaping to the countryside to top up her zen.
