Mel is a strategic communications and placemaking specialist, with her 18 years of experience focussed on working across destination, lifestyle and cultural sectors.
Her work centres on shaping insight-led strategies that connect people with place, bringing together creative storytelling and data-led insight to support awareness, engagement and footfall.
She has worked with some of London’s most established destinations and cultural organisations, including Carnaby, Soho, Spitalfields E1, Marylebone Village, Savile Row, Seven Dials, Theatre Royal Drury Lane, British Fashion Council, London College of Fashion, UAL and Westminster City Council.
Before joining LCA, Mel held senior roles within leading agencies and in-house teams, working across Marketing, PR, digital, content and experiential delivery. Known for her clear strategic thinking and collaborative approach, she balances big-picture perspective with hands-on leadership to guide work from strategy through to delivery.
Outside of work, Mel enjoys staying active through fitness, travel, live music gigs and festivals, time with family and friends, and volunteering with a local south-west London charity supporting communities affected by poverty.
