Nina is a Director of Politics, Engagement & Planning at LCA, with experience spanning the public, private and third sectors in advisory, delivery and non-executive roles. Her work focuses on community engagement, stakeholder strategy and representative decision-making, with a strong emphasis on social and behavioural change. She is known for navigating complex political environments, managing risk and delivering dynamic engagement strategies. Her approach is rooted in working closely with communities to achieve inclusive and deliverable outcomes.

She specialises in delivering inclusive engagement across the community and built environment sector, working with local authorities, developers and designers to ensure places reflect the communities they serve. Nina has led engagement on major regeneration and infrastructure programmes across London and the UK, including work with LLDC, HS2, Peabody, The Crown Estate, and most of the London boroughs. She has led complex engagement strategies such as the Future of Regent Street, Haymarket and Piccadilly Circus and Old Oak Common station.

Her work also includes borough and London-wide policy, particularly focused on women and girls’ safety in the urban environment, and initiatives such as the Community Design Collective with Peabody, alongside major high street and town centre regeneration schemes.

Nina is a Trustee of Kent Students’ Union, supporting the organisation through the merger of the University of Greenwich and the University of Kent. She has also acted as an advisor in mayoral and government contexts.
