Robert Gordon Clark

Robert founded London Communications Agency in 1999 and was its first Chairman and Managing Director, shaping the agency’s direction and growth. Now, as a Senior Advisor and shareholder he leverages over 35 years’ experience on the London agenda to promote the agency, provide insight and advise clients, and is also one of NLA’s Senior Advisors.

Before LCA he was Deputy Chief Executive of London First (now BusinessLDN) and helped set up London Arts Board, where he was Head of Public Affairs. He chaired the Mayor’s Thames Festival and was a regular political analyst and commentator for ITV London, BBC Radio London and LBC where he presented a radio show, The Business.

Robert is a member of the actors’ union Equity and runs PlayGC theatre company, with a particular focus on supporting new writing.
