Sam provides strategic support to LCA’s clients, including the Earls Court Development Company, The Crown Estate, Tottenham Hotspur FC, NHS Property Services and Stanhope. Skilled in political engagement and stakeholder communications, Sam has a track record helping developers and landowners achieve successful outcomes both at the planning stage and during construction on high-profile schemes. His recent planning successes include One Portal Way for Imperial College in North Acton and Simten’s One Museum Street in Bloomsbury. He has extensive experience of working in a wide range of boroughs including Westminster, Tower Hamlets, Camden, Ealing and the City of London.

With previous experience at a public affairs agency advising high-profile clients, including Shaftesbury, Qatari Diar, and CIT, Sam has worked on complex schemes like the redevelopment of the former US Embassy in Grosvenor Square and the National Holocaust Memorial. His understanding of national politics is further enhanced by his experience working in the House of Commons for a Conservative MP, providing him with a robust foundation in public affairs campaigns.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys the gym and is a music lover, so can often be found at gigs big and small across the city.
