Vy joins LCA’s Politics, Engagement and Planning team with over 6 years of experience across community and stakeholder consultation, project management, and organisational change management. Prior to moving to London from her native Sydney, she worked at one of Australia’s leading built environment consultancies, developing tailored engagement strategies and consultation programs to support a series of strategic and statutory planning projects for clients across the property development sector, state and local government.

With time spent working on some of Sydney’s transformative and state significant projects under her belt, including from strategy and planning approval to construction comms and precinct activations, she is excited to bring a fresh perspective to the beast that is London’s urban environment. Her highly empathetic and collaborative approach enables her to encourage diverse thinking, empower others and build consensus to deliver outstanding results.
